On Wednesday February 2, 2022 Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers (left) visited the Hall and presented a check of over $42K to executive director Emmett Brown. These monies represent an approved grant request under the Governor’s Tourism Capital Grant program. This program is part of the Badger Bounceback program. This capital expenditure is funded by the Federal CARES Act enacted in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This grant will be used to cover the costs of a total re-carpeting of our museum complex and entrance building.
By the way, the work has already been completed and it looks great.
Thank you taxpayers and Governor Evers.
